This Copper Shower Pan Was Built With A Short LH Side Wall, So That It Could Fit Up Against A Weight Bearing Beam In The Customer’s Bathroom.
This Copper Shower Pan Has Two And A Half Sides With A 1″ Tile Flange Added. Tile Flanges Are Optional. Normally, Our Pans Have A 2″ Top Rim On All Four Sides. This Pan Was Created With A 3 1/2″ W Front Rim And A 3 1/2″ W Partial LH Side Rim. You Will Notice The Rest Of The Pan Offers A 1/2″ Wide Rim, Where The 1″ Tile Flange Is Added. This Copper Pan Has One And A Half Finished Sides With A 3.5″ H Apron Front. The Sides With The 1″ Tile Flange Are Placed Against The Wall And Are Hidden.
Patina Finish: Old Penny Surface Texture: Hand Hammered “X” Drain Lines Added For Water Flow.
Designing Information: 1) Decide On The Overall Size Of The Pan 2) Choose Which Sides Are Finished And Unfinished 3) Choose The Width(s) Of The Top (4) Rims 4) Choose The Drain Hole Size And Location 5) Choose Whether To Add The “X” Drain Line, A Design Or Leave The Floor Plain 6) Choose Whether To Add A Tile Flange And The Flange’s Location 7) Choose The Patina Finish 8) Choose The Surface Texture Finish.
Copper Rectangle Shower Pan. This Copper Shower Pan Was Designed With A 2″ W Top Rim On All (4) Sides. (2) Sides (LH Side / Back Side) Have A 1″ Tile Flange Added. The RH Side Which Is Exposed, Has A Finished Side (3.5″ High Apron) Plus A Double Flange Added For A Glass Wall To Be Installed. The Flange Will Help Support The Glass Wall, But The Glass Wall Still Needs To Be Solidly Anchored To The Ceiling And Side Wall For Structural Strength. Finished Sides Are The Sides That Will Be Seen. Unfinished Sides Are The Sides That Are Installed Against A Wall. Unfinished Sides Do Not Have An Apron Front, But Are Left Open. You May Add An Apron Front To Just One Side, Or All (4) Sides For A Freestanding Copper Shower Pan.
